About Cynthia Chambers
I help Christian women break free from internal barriers and walk boldly in clarity, confidence, and faith.
For over 35 years, I've led complex transformation initiatives in corporate IT — serving as a Project Manager, Agile Transformation Coach, and strategic leader across telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and retail. At the same time, I've spent more than three decades in ministry — leading intercessory prayer, facilitating Bible studies, and mentoring women and teens through seasons of identity, faith, and growth.
From the outside, my life looked successful.
But internally, I was battling cycles of striving, control, fear of failure, and self-doubt — especially through 18 years of entrepreneurship.
It wasn't until I confronted the chaos within — through therapy, deep reflection, and spiritual surrender — that real transformation began.
I learned what I now teach:
Victory is first won in the mind.
Today, I combine faith, mindset mastery, and strategic thinking to help women:

And because I believe transformation should begin early, I founded Project Girls in Bloom — a preventive leadership and mindset initiative equipping middle and high school girls to grow rooted, resilient, and ready.

Creator of The Bloom Method™ and founder of Girls in Bloom™ — Cynthia Chambers has spent decades developing the framework, proving the results, and building a movement that starts from the inside out.
With more than 35 years of corporate leadership experience, decades of ministry service, and years of mentoring young women, Cynthia has spent her life at the intersection of transformation, leadership, and faith.
Her own breakthrough came in the middle of a corporate transformation — where coaching rooted in the Art of War (Denma translation) made her confront her issues with conflict and her fear of the unknown. She was asked to participate when her organization launched an internal coaching group. 14 management-level professionals began the training — only Cynthia and one colleague completed it, making up the coaching group to an IT organization of 700+ employees.
She created Girls in Bloom after recognizing a pattern she'd seen in coaching adult women — that many of the limiting beliefs holding women back had taken root during adolescence. The question became: what if we got there first?
